We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes.
Do you have 10 years or more experience in water control and construction?
Have you successfully managed water control projects and road maintenance?
Are you skilled at leading and training equipment operators?
Can you build service relationships with customers?

Government experience is a plus but not required.

Creating Project Plans, Schedules, & Progress Reporting
Working with executive leadership to establish long-term priorities.
Guiding and training equipment operators
With a track record of budget planning and accountability
Working with enormous energy and an overwhelming passion for excellence.
