Tallen Builders, LLC is seeking a full-time Luxury Home Superintendent to manage the daily construction activities at job sites. Duties for this position are as follows:

Schedule and supervise daily trade partner activities in accordance with job schedules and scopes of work. Oversee the construction, inspection and scheduling of the entire project to ensure the home is completed within the allotted time and to the highest level of expectations. Oversee the quality of construction, worker productivity, and safety. Verify work completed in accordance with specifications, company expectations and building code Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with coworkers, clients/owners, architects, engineers and local building officials. Coordinate all site deliveries proper storage and verification of status of goods delivered to the project Responsible for ensuring project cleanliness and safety to the Tallen Builders standard and expectations Preparation, completion and delegation of punch lists. Responsible for maintaining the project, client/owners, and company property Coordinate all parties responsible for owner occupancy and move in on schedule. Monitor job progress and quality of workmanship to ensure project schedule Ability to read and understand plans perform take offs and be able to verify correct contractor installation and workmanship of contractors and subcontractors. Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record Must pass drug and background screening Monday through Friday - weekends based on job schedule

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree preferred 5+ years of demonstrated experience working in custom home construction 5+ years of construction supervisory experience preferred

Skills and Knowledge:

Must be able to read, write and understand English with strong written and verbal business communication and presentation skills Computer skills required Ability to communicate with subcontractors via phone, texts and emails to schedule all tasks involved in the construction process of single-family homes Excellent subcontractor and field supervision leadership capabilities Ability to read and follow blueprints and all construction documentation Excellent time management skills Must be able to pass a Tallen Builders issued plan review/take off test and create a milestone scheduled to demonstrate a level of knowledge and understanding of the home building process.
