We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, with expertise in quality control. This role requires effective leadership skills to supervise teams and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Duties

Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Maintain accurate records of all project activities through our proprietary CRM, Job Nimbus software. Work closely with the Production Manager to ensure all tasks for that project are complete Oversee the work of subcontractors and construction crews, providing guidance and support as needed. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance according to OSHA standards. Communicate regularly with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are on track. Ensure client satisfaction by providing high level customer service. Ensure proper documentation of all project activities, including contracts, change orders, and daily reports. Work closely with subcontractors and other team members to ensure that projects are on track Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of construction industry trends, trends in the construction industry, changes in government regulations, changes in client requirements, etc...

Requirements

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices. Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams effectively. Knowledge of quality control processes within the construction environment. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
