Lions Creek Construction is seeking a growth-oriented, motivated, and detail-driven Site Superintendent to support field operations across multiple high-end outdoor living projects. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in construction management.
This is the entry-level step on the Lions Creek pathway to becoming a Project Manager. The right candidate will gain hands-on field experience, learn our systems, and develop the leadership and technical skills needed to advance into higher-level roles within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Site Operations
Maintain clean, safe, and well-organized job sites at all times.
Conduct daily safety and housekeeping checks.
Install and maintain temporary safety controls (silt fence, construction fencing, etc.).
Perform small labor and punch list tasks as needed (cleaning, minor repairs, staging, etc.).
Documentation & Reporting
Complete daily logs documenting manpower, progress, deliveries, and site conditions.
Provide accurate, real-time updates to the Construction Project Manager.
Complete internal inspection checklists to support quality control.
Track materials and report shortages or concerns promptly.
Layout, Elevations & Field Prep
Perform site layout using spray paint in accordance with plans.
Set and verify elevations using laser levels.
Occasionally assist machine operators by checking grades and excavation benchmarks.
Verify layouts, dimensions, and elevations prior to construction activities.
Trade & Logistics Coordination
Coordinate dumpsters, porta potties, and other site necessities for multiple job sites.
Meet trade partners on-site to provide direction and communicate project expectations.
Quality Assurance & Punch Work
Execute punch list items and detail-oriented finish tasks to uphold Lions Creek's high standards.
Identify deficiencies early and communicate corrective actions to PM promptly.
Ensure all work aligns with project specifications and quality expectations.
Professionalism & Representation
Represent Lions Creek with consistency, reliability, and professionalism.
Communicate clearly with the Project Manager, clients, neighbors, and trade partners as needed.
Maintain accurate information flow--no gaps, no delays.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
Hands-on, energetic, and comfortable working outdoors.
Strong attention to detail with a passion for high-quality work.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Reliable, presentable transportation and valid driver's license (daily travel required).
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on uneven terrain.
Experience using a laser level or doing site layout is a plus (training provided).
Previous construction or landscape experience preferred but not required for the right candidate.
