Job Title: Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to join our team and lead on-site operations across a range of project types. The ideal candidate is highly organized, safety-focused, and experienced in managing complex construction workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with plans and specifications. Coordinate all on-site construction activities and subcontractors. Conduct daily site walkthroughs and maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized job site. Maintain project documentation including daily reports, site photos, and safety records. Collaborate with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and inspectors to address challenges and implement solutions. Manage material deliveries, equipment rentals, and workforce scheduling. Enforce all safety regulations and company policies. Monitor quality control standards and ensure work meets or exceeds client expectations. Lead job site meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Schedule and supervise inspections; ensure all code and permit requirements are met.
Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a superintendent in commercial, multi-family, or high-end residential construction (experience in all three is preferred). Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and building codes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar). OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to manage multiple projects or large-scale jobs independently.
