My client is seeking a Multifamily Superintendent due to a record amount of upcoming work. This person will be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of Superintendent experience, with Multifamily and Woodframe experience required. • Work directly with project managers to oversee project from conception to completion
• Lead all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, quality control and a clean site
• Plan and coordinate all daily activities at the job site
• Enforce OSHA compliance
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure quality
• Maintain complete and organized records of the job site
• Manage efficient & timely project close-out including punch list completion, as-built review, attic stock demobilization, etc.

• 15 years of construction experience
• 5+ years in a Superintendent role
• Union card-holder
• Experience in Multifamily construction required
• Procore experience - strong background in other technologies will be considered
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• OSHA Certified
• Experience working on projects valued at $20M or more preferred, not required
