Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Manage project schedules using construction management software. Oversee budgeting and financial management of projects, ensuring accurate tracking of costs and expenditures. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications. Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution. Review blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and provide guidance to the team. Implement effective project scheduling techniques to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of work. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and promote a safe working environment for all personnel. Utilize tools such as HeavyBid for construction estimating and resource allocation. Provide mentorship and supervision to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Skills

Strong Understanding of Foundation & Framing Work Strong understanding of contracts, budgeting, project scheduling, and quality control processes. Extensive experience in construction site management with a focus on pipeline projects. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining safety standards on-site. Excellent supervisory skills with proven experience in managing teams effectively. Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform construction estimating accurately. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams. Pay: $110,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
