Client's Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager

with a proven track record in managing

FDOT projects valued

at

$30 million or more.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in FDOT specifications, project controls, scheduling, and cost management, while effectively leading teams to ensure projects are delivered safely on time, and within budget.

Role and Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of

FDOT roadway, bridge, or civil construction projects valued over $30M

.

Develop and manage

project schedules, budgets, and resources

to ensure alignment with project goals.

Ensure strict compliance with

FDOT standards, specifications, and safety requirements

.

Lead and coordinate the efforts of

subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff

.

Build and maintain strong relationships with FDOT representatives, inspectors, and key stakeholders.

Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and proactively resolve challenges to maintain project momentum.

Experience of Candidate & Required Qualifications:

Minimum

5+ years of experience

as a Project Manager on FDOT projects. Proven experience managing projects

valued at $30M+

(required). Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

(preferred). Strong knowledge of

FDOT specifications, Primavera P6

, and construction best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
