Job Description

The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities for full gut renovations. This role requires strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and experience working in occupied luxury buildings and high-end brownstones.
As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for:

• Oversee daily site operations for luxury interior renovations
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site coordination
• Maintain strict quality control standards for high-end finishes
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building rules
• Coordinate with Project Managers, architects, and designers
• Proactively resolve field issues and sequencing challenges
• Maintain clean, organized, client-ready job sites

A successful Construction Superintendent should have:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in high-end residential interiors
• Strong experience with gut renovations of townhomes, penthouses, and apartments
• Knowledge of Manhattan and Brooklyn building logistics
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• OSHA certification preferred
