Construction Superintendent

ground-up construction projects

Responsibilities

Oversee daily on-site construction operations and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.

Supervise crews and subcontractors, providing direction, support, and accountability.

Be willing to learn and use construction management tools, including online platforms for daily reports and progress tracking.

Review contracts with an understanding of workflow processes and cost impacts.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with plans and blueprints.

Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, suppliers and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain workflow.

Prepare detailed reports on schedules, costs, risks, and overall project progress.

Be a positive representative of our company.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar construction management role. Strong understanding of ground-up construction and site operations. Willingness to learn new technology and our way of building. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflict. Strong organizational and time-management skills. In-depth knowledge of quality control processes and construction best practices.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,900.00 - $125,000.00 per year
