Job Description

Join a leading general contractor as a Superintendent and take ownership of a high-profile $15M academic renovation project breaking ground this month. This role offers autonomy, strong leadership support, and competitive compensation for professionals experienced in managing interior projects up to $20M.
The Interior Superintendent will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily operations and activities on construction sites.
  • Ensuring all projects are completed within schedule and budget constraints.
  • Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines.
  • Monitoring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to team members on-site.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders regarding project progress and issues.
  • Ensuring quality control and adherence to project specifications.
  • Preparing and submitting detailed progress reports as required.
