We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Superintendent to manage projects independently, ensuring quality and compliance throughout. This role offers the chance to oversee high-profile healthcare renovations in Broward and Palm Beach.

• Oversee healthcare construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure compliance with AHCA and healthcare standards
• Manage site operations, subcontractors, and schedules
• Maintain safety and quality standards on-site
• Coordinate with Project Managers and senior leadership
• Track progress and resolve issues promptly

• Proven experience running healthcare projects independently
• AHCA experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain timelines
• Based in Florida or willing to relocate
