Construction

Superintendent

to join our team! The Construction Superintendent will manage the schedule and activities of a multi-family construction project.

Responsibilities:

Review job plans and construction contract documents Understand construction codes Understand project plans and submittals Obtain permits Coordinate and manage the schedule and all activities of the project Receive materials Maintain an organized and clean site Complete Inspection checklists to ensure quality Communicate with customers, suppliers and trade partners Utilize Procore to track and update project status

Competencies:

Construction knowledge and ability to read construction contract documents Ability to lead a team of subcontractors and field carpenters Proficiency with taking and uploading digital photographs Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills Outstanding organizational skills Ability to follow and understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Ability to problem solve

Requirements

:

5+ years' experience as a superintendent Valid Driver's License

Preferred

:

OSHA 10 training Homebuilding background Proficiency in Procore or similar software
