Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional to join an excellent construction team with an established footprint in Northwest Arkansas. In this role you will work closely with the Project Manager in delivering a successful project from start to finish while overseeing all field activities.
Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor safety protocols and enforce compliance with all regulations.
• Track project progress and prepare regular updates for stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
• Inspect work quality to ensure it meets the required standards and specifications.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Foster a productive and collaborative work environment among all team members.

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety standards.
• 5+ years of commercial superintendent experience
• Ground up construction experience required
• Proven ability to manage multiple aspects of a construction project simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools and construction software.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
