is seeking a driven, team?focused

Construction Superintendent

to oversee high?end mountain residential projects ranging from

$500K to $10M

Responsibilities

Lead daily site operations

for luxury mountain homes and complex remodels

Coordinate subcontractors and specialty trades

with a focus on craftsmanship and detail

Manage schedules, quality, and safety

across projects in Eagle County

Communicate effectively

with project managers, designers, and homeowners

Oversee logistics

including materials, deliveries, and mountain?site access
Qualifications

Experience in

high?end residential construction

(mountain environments preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and problem?solving skills Ability to read plans and manage detailed scopes Familiarity with construction software (Procore, AutoCAD, etc.) Positive attitude and a

team?first mindset
