is seeking a driven, team?focusedConstruction Superintendent
to oversee high?end mountain residential projects ranging from$500K to $10M

Lead daily site operations
for luxury mountain homes and complex remodelsCoordinate subcontractors and specialty trades
with a focus on craftsmanship and detailManage schedules, quality, and safety
across projects in Eagle CountyCommunicate effectively
with project managers, designers, and homeownersOversee logistics
including materials, deliveries, and mountain?site accessQualifications
Experience in
high?end residential construction
(mountain environments preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and problem?solving skills Ability to read plans and manage detailed scopes Familiarity with construction software (Procore, AutoCAD, etc.) Positive attitude and ateam?first mindset
