Join a fast-growing, mission-driven construction firm making a real impact across DC. My client is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead high-profile public sector projects and be a key player in their journey toward doubling revenue in the next two years. **APPLY TODAY TO BE CONSIDERED WITHIN 24 HRS**
You'll start with a $1.5M design-build project at Kinsmen Park, then transition to the high-profile Wilson Building Mayor's Office renovation. You'll report directly to the VP and serve as the lead Superintendent on site, with regular office meetings.
Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing all field operations and subcontractor coordination
• Ensuring safety, schedule, and quality compliance
• Leading site meetings and reporting progress
• Collaborating with PMs and leadership to drive project success

You're a confident, experienced Superintendent who thrives in complex public sector projects and knows how to lead from the front.
You bring:

• Proven experience leading DGS projects
• Familiarity with all scopes of work and trades
• A track record of managing $10-20M projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid certifications
• Proficiency in Procore and DGS's Project Teams software

With over a decade of experience and a current annual revenue of $40-60 million, my client is a dynamic general contractor and subcontractor based in Washington, DC. Their team of 20 is tight-knit, collaborative, and deeply committed to quality and growth. They're currently working on major DGS projects including the Mayor's Office in the Wilson Building and have a strong pipeline of work. • Base Salary: $100,000+ (Depending on Exp.)
• Bonus: Based on company profitability
