Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. Must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in large scale commercial and public work projects.
Responsibilities
Lead daily on-site operations, supervising construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety standards. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and resolve issues promptly. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services aligned with project timelines. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, safety compliance (OSHA standards), and progress against schematics and blueprints. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations by enforcing OSHA standards; conduct safety meetings and training sessions regularly. Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
