The Steel Foreman in is responsible for successful execution of steel construction projects, ensuring field personnel and subcontractors operate safely, efficiently, and according to schedule and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and hands-on skills.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise accurate and timely construction of projects Manage field personnel and subcontractors Develop and maintain project schedules Identify and resolve issues during the construction process
Preferred Education & Experience Requirements
Skilled ironworker, millwright or applicable experience Demonstrated understanding of construction processes and methods Valid Wisconsin driver's license Certified welder
