Job Description

AJAX Management is an award-winning owner/builder with a large pipeline of multifamily projects in Trenton. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead our construction department and help us create high-quality apartment and mixed-use buildings.

Functions and Responsibilities

Manage the job from start to finish, on-site daily.

Supervise and coordinate daily with subcontractors.

Proactively sequence work and identify schedule concerns.

Maintain high quality workmanship.

Enforce site safety.

Coordination of material deliveries

Be a team leader.

Required Skills

Minimum 7+ years' experience in multifamily construction.

Ability to read and truly understand drawings.

OSHA certification.

Able to solve problems, multi-task and react quickly to issues.

Communicate effectively.
