Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites involving ground-up construction and site development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for new builds and site development projects. Manage site personnel and subcontractors to ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Oversee site preparation activities, including grading, excavation, utilities, drainage, and foundation work. Ensure compliance with local codes, OSHA safety regulations, and company policies. Conduct daily site inspections and maintain project documentation, including daily logs, progress photos, and reports. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve field issues and ensure design intent is met. Monitor delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment. Facilitate regular site meetings with subcontractors and project stakeholders. Implement and enforce site safety plans and hold toolbox talks. Manage punch lists and project close-out activities.
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent in new construction and site development. Strong knowledge of construction techniques, site work, and building codes. Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and specifications. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with construction management software (e.g. Buildertrend) is a plus. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL
Work Conditions:

Full-time, on-site position. Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Occasional weekend or evening work may be required based on project needs.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
