Job Description

My client is looking for a sr. superintendent based out of Washington DC!
As Senior Superintendent, you'll oversee all on-site activities for major new construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage site operations for ground-up projects
  • Supervise 3-4 team members (Assistant Supers, Field Engineers)
  • Coordinate with General Superintendent and project managers
  • Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Drive schedule adherence and cost control

You're a seasoned builder with a proven track record in large-scale, ground-up projects. You thrive in leadership roles and know how to keep complex jobs on schedule and on budget.Must-Haves:
  • 10+ years of construction experience (more is better)
  • Ground-up, new construction expertise
  • Managed projects $30M+ (office, hotel, mixed-use, multifamily)
  • At least 3 completed new construction projects
  • Strong day-to-day operational knowledge

  • Competitive salary: $130K-$150K+
