Duties & Responsibilities:
Calling on current and potential customers including commercial building owners, hospitals, universities, industrial plants, etc.
Develops and increases sales revenue to meet divisional goals.
Building professional relationships and expanding customer base.
Maintaining contact with current and potential customers.
Develops and delivers sales presentations in a professional and effective manner
Assists with the planning of sales exhibits and/or trade shows
Maintains up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends, and government regulations.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience in the commercial construction industry is a plus.
At least 2 years of sales or business development experience.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
Excellent communication skills; both internal and external
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
A four-year degree is preferred.
