Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Constrction Quality Control Manager to join our team. The Constrction Quality Control Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all the highest quality standards through effective quality control processes and procedures are met. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

- Conduct regular quality audits to assess product quality, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions

- Perform thorough quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement preventive measures

- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize quality control processes

- Ensure compliance with government regulations & guidelines, and other relevant industry standards

- Oversee the maintenance of quality control documentation, including test results, inspection reports, and non-conformance records

- Train and educate employees on quality control procedures and best practices

- Manage QA/QC projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals

Qualifications:

-Construction management, engineering, architecture Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred

- Proven experience in quality control management or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and methodologies

- Familiarity with government regulations and guidelines

- Proficient in project management tools and techniques

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
