As a

Construction Project Manager

, you'll oversee projects from kickoff to completion, keeping budgets on track, timelines tight, and clients informed. You'll be the go-to point of contact, ensuring that every detail aligns with Stella's standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through closeout Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries Track budgets, manage change orders, and ensure projects are on time and on budget Maintain site documentation (daily logs, photos, reports) Serve as the primary point of contact for clients with professionalism and calm under pressure Enforce safety protocols and maintain organized, clean job sites Collaborate closely with estimating, design, and administrative teams

Qualifications

5 or more years of residential project management experience (renovation experience required) Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and sequencing Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills Proficiency with construction management software (Buildertrend, Procore, or similar) Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required) OSHA 10 certification (preferred) Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred) Ability to work occasionally on weekends as needed

Compensation & Benefits

Full time position Competitive pay at $80,000 to $105,000 per year (depending on experience, base + performance bonuses & profit sharing) Hybrid remote flexibility (office/Woburn, MA + site visits) Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer contribution Paid time off Additional bonus opportunities
