We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager for a rewarding opportunity in the Construction industry located in Tulsa. This role focuses on managing construction projects and ensuring their successful completion within established timelines and budgets.

• Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, efficiently.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve any issues promptly.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

• Proven experience in managing construction projects effectively.
• Successful experience completing projects over $5M+ in value
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
