Job Description

The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects within the property industry, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget. This role is based in Tampa and requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and leadership skills.

  • Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to mitigate delays or challenges.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
