Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from planning to completion. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Swedesboro, NJ, with required jobsite visits to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and teams while ensuring top-quality results. This role is key to driving the success of our projects and contributing to the continued growth of our company.

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and work plans Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors Lead and supervise on-site construction teams Conduct regular job-site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance, and resolve issues Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and quality standards Monitor project progress and make adjustments to meet deadlines and budgets Provide regular updates and reports to management and clients Troubleshoot and resolve issues or delays on the jobsite

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred, but not required)) Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and methods Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects at once OSHA certification or strong safety knowledge a plus Willingness and ability to travel to jobsites as required
