Construction Restoration Project Manager
who can manage reconstruction projects from start to finish while maintaining strong customer relationships and support all aspects of a project including scope creation, change orders and closing of work.

What You'll Do
Project Management & Construction
Manage reconstruction projects after demolition is complete
Oversee reconstruction from water, fire, mold, and storm damage
Manage reroofs, siding, exterior repairs, and vehicle impact damage
Oversee remodels, repairs, and non-insurance renovation projects
Coordinate with estimators and subcontractors to execute approved scopes
Create and manage project schedules, including start and completion dates
Perform quality control on in-house labor and subcontractors
Develop material and equipment lists for assigned projects
Read and interpret Xactimate and Excel estimates
Client, Sales & Revenue Responsibility
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners during reconstruction
Clearly explain scope, timelines, and project details to help close approved work
Identify and communicate change orders, supplements, and additional scope opportunities
Work with estimators to ensure field conditions align with approved estimates
Help protect job profitability by managing scope changes and expectations
Address customer concerns quickly to keep projects moving and payments on track
Maintain a professional, confidence-building presence with homeowners and partners
What We're Looking For
Construction experience required (restoration experience strongly preferred)
Comfortable communicating with homeowners about scope, pricing, and decisions
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organization and follow-through
Ability to read and understand Xactimate estimates
Customer-focused mindset with accountability for outcomes
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Previous experience in estimating, customer sales, or account management is a plus.

Pay Range: $55,000 - $75,000+ annually (Base salary plus commission; total compensation based on performance, closed work, and project results)
