Job Description

The Construction Project Manager OSHPD will oversee and manage healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with OSHPD regulations. This role offers an opportunity to work on impactful projects within the construction industry in Los Angeles.

• Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring compliance with OSHPD requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Oversee site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with regulations.
• Address and resolve project-related issues promptly to maintain progress.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for clients and senior management.
• Foster strong working relationships with all project stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
• Ensure all projects adhere to local, state, and federal construction standards.
