Job Description

We're seeking a driven Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects across the Northeast region. This role is ideal for a motivated builder ready to take ownership of major retail, hospitality, and multifamily projects-with a clear path toward senior leadership.
The Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction-from preconstruction planning through closeout-across a mix of retail, hospitality, and multifamily projects in the Northeast.
Responsibilities include:

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
  • Lead coordination between field teams, design professionals, and owners
  • Drive preconstruction planning, value engineering, and procurement
  • Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with company standards
  • Foster strong client relationships and represent the company in project meetings
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to the continued growth of the regional team

A successful Project Manager should have:
  • 6+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Proven ability to deliver retail, hospitality, or multifamily projects from start to finish
  • Strong financial management and scheduling skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership presence-comfortable managing clients directly
  • Motivated to advance into a Project Executive or Director role within 2-3 years
  • Collaborative, organized, and strategic-able to manage multiple active projects regionally

Base Salary: up to $160k
