My client is a nationally recognized, full-service construction firm specializing in General Contracting. As a Project Manager, you'll play a key role in managing ground-up construction projects ranging from $1M to $30M. You'll be responsible for:

• Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to track progress effectively.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Communicate project updates and milestones to leadership and other key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement within construction processes and practices.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and resources needed for project success.

A successful Project Manager/Senior Project Manager (PM/SPM) should have:

• Proven experience in managing construction projects, such as self-storage facilities, restaurants, retail spaces, entertainment venues and warehouses
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to work with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• A focus on quality, safety, and compliance standards in all aspects of work.
