One of Milwaukee's fastest growing general contractors is conducting a high-priority search for a project manager to lead large-scale builds in the multifamily and commercial space. This firm has been around for only 12 years, but in that time has grown their top-line revenue to $200M, with plans for $250M in 2026. As this is an urgent search, all qualified applicants will receive a call in under 12 hours.

• Coordinate and oversee all phases of multifamily/commercial construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, contracts, and quality standards.
• Communicate progress, risks, and changes with owners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Resolve onsite issues, lead project meetings, and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

• 3+ years of running commercial or multifamily construction projects
• Familiarity with preconstruction concepts (will collaborate with precon team)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be the main point of contact for key client accounts
• Track record of delivering projects successfully
• Passion for construction
• Construction related degree a plus!
