As a Project Manager, you'll oversee the $90M Potomac Shores multifamily project from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
  • Foster client relationships and represent the company professionally
