Position Summary
We're seeking an experienced
Reconstruction Project Manager
to join our Mount Laurel team. This role oversees insurance restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage 3-5 running at a time and pipe line of leads at a time from start to completion
Coordinate with mitigation teams, subcontractors, and homeowners
Oversee field staff and ensure quality control
Budget materials and schedule work efficiently
Maintain communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and vendors
Update project details in company CRM
Deliver top-tier customer service throughout each project
Qualifications
5+ years
of experience in insurance restoration or construction management
Strong understanding of
Xactimate
and insurance estimating
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Knowledge of building codes and restoration standards
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
