Current Hiring Need:

They are seeking one Project Manager to lead multiple small- to mid-size commercial projects. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring junior staff, and values long-term client relationships.

Ideal Candidate Profile

:

Brings strong client-facing experience and can hit the ground running Enjoys mentoring, coaching, and training younger staff Comfortable managing 10+ active small projects simultaneously Thrives in a fast-paced, repetitive "turn-and-burn" style of project delivery Willing to build long-term relationships with clients over 5+ years

Role Responsibilities:

Manage multiple commercial projects from start to finish Split time between job sites and the office (~50/50) for paperwork and coordination Coordinate with clients, field teams, engineers, and subcontractors Lead internal teams to deliver quality work on aggressive schedules Maintain accurate project documentation using industry-standard software

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
