The Project Manager/Field Operations oversees the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects. They coordinate field activities, manage schedules, budgets, and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Supervise field operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specifications
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to coordinate activities
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed
- Manage project documentation, RFIs, change orders, and reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- Relevant project management experience in construction
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and procedures
