Base Salary:

$115,000 - $125,000 (based on experience and project scope)

Annual Bonus:

8-12% of base pay

Vehicle Allowance:

$800-$1,000 per month

What You'll Do

Lead commercial projects from preconstruction through close-out--owning safety, schedule, quality, and profitability. Build and manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement strategies. Collaborate with superintendents and field teams for seamless coordination. Serve as primary client contact--building trust, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Manage RFIs, change orders, subcontractor performance, and project documentation. Support estimating and business development during pursuits and preconstruction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. 5-10+ years of commercial construction experience managing

$5M-$50M+

projects. Proven success delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget. Strong client-facing, financial management, and leadership skills. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and related construction software.
