Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, project coordination, and a strong understanding of construction processes. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Duties

Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate project execution. Develop detailed project schedules using advanced project management software such as Microsoft Project and Procore. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate project delivery. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Implement effective communication strategies among team members to promote collaboration and efficiency.

Skills

Proficiency in construction management software including Procore, Bluebeam, Project, and Office 365. Strong background in construction and project scheduling methodologies. Excellent understanding of construction processes, site experience, and blueprint reading capabilities. Ability to coordinate multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality control. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of contracts and legal aspects related to construction projects. Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
