Job Description

The Project Manager role focusing on overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This position in the property industry requires a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership and organizational skills.
The Project Manager will:

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
  • 7-10+ years of project management experience
  • Proven experience managing construction projects in the property industry.
  • Project experience in corporate interiors/tenant fit-ups, retail, financial, and/or healthcare preferred
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in construction software and MS Office Suite.
  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
