Project Manager I
to join our growing team in our multifamily residential markets in Florida. Position Overview:
We are seeking a
Project Manager I
to join our team. This management position is ideal for someone who has prior experience supporting or managing
multifamily, low-rise wood-frame construction projects
and is ready to take the next step in leading projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and/or manage day-to-day project operations including budget tracking, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
Collaborate with field teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and quality standards
Prepare and management project documentation including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Participate in project planning, procurement, and scope reviews
Monitor job costs, assist with forecasting, and provide updates to leadership and clients
Serve as a liaison between ownership, design professionals, subcontractors, and internal teams
Support close out process including punch list tracking and project turnover
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in related field, or a minimum of 2 years as a successful Assistant Project Manager, or a minimum of 7 years' equivalent experience in the construction industry, required
Worked on
low-rise wood frame
projects between $3M to $15M successfully from start to finish, required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, required.
Construction software usage, contract documents and job documentation, required.
Understanding of Cost/Estimating, preferred.
Critical Path method (CPM) project scheduling, preferred.
