What You Will Do:
Plan, direct and coordinate activities of designated capital projects.
Review project proposal, establish work plan and manage contractors to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget
Quality Control and Safety
Project Engineering including following specifications, design adaptation by ensure design and specifications meet codes and specification
Sub-contractor management

Position Summary:

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years
MUST HAVE:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Experience in Construction Management including scheduling and financial management.
Experience in Quality Control and Safety.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
