POSITION SUMMARY

The JAG Team is expanding! We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead custom residential and commercial construction projects from pre-construction to final handover. The Project Manager ensures budget alignment, schedule adherence, subcontractor performance, and client satisfaction--delivering outstanding projects every time.

OBJECTIVES

Lead multiple residential and/or commercial projects concurrently Drive pre-construction planning and buyout processes Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and scopes Manage subcontractor contracts, communications, and accountability Collaborate closely with Superintendents and internal support teams Maintain exceptional client communication and satisfaction Perform regular budget reviews and updates based on progress Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards

COMPETENCIES

Deep understanding of construction management, permitting, and inspections Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans Skilled in project scheduling and subcontractor negotiations Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, BuilderTrend, and SharePoint Solutions-focused mindset and ability to lead under pressure

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

2+ years Experience in Commercial/Residential Construction OSHA 30 Certification required Strong leadership and time management capabilities

Salary: $75,000 - $115,000 annually based on experience
