Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to oversee complex renovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance. This role offers the chance to manage multimillion-dollar projects and collaborate with senior leadership in a dynamic environment.. This role is based in Fort Lauderdale and requires expertise in managing construction processes within the property industry.

  • Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.
  • Ensure high-quality standards are met throughout the construction process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.

  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare construction project management
  • Proven track record managing projects of $15M or more
  • Strong knowledge of renovation processes and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to relocate to Miami for PM/SPM roles
