Job Description
We're hiring an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end residential construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role focuses on coordination, scheduling, quality control, and proactive client communication.
What You'll Do
Manage residential construction projects from planning to completion
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
Oversee schedules, budgets, and project timelines
Ensure work meets plans, specifications, and quality standards
Communicate progress, changes, and issues clearly and proactively
Requirements:
Experience managing high-end residential construction projects Strong scheduling, coordination, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple trades and priorities simultaneously Excellent communication and client-facing skills
