Job Description

The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and liaise effectively with stakeholders in the property industry.

  • Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and resources needed for construction activities.
  • Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as needed to address challenges or delays.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and clients.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, budgets, and schedules.
