Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for Project Managers with at least 5 years of experience delivering safety and quality projects for upcoming task orders at Fort Campbell, KY.



Position Overview



As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead all aspects of construction programs--from planning and coordination to execution and closeout. Projects typically range from

$2,000 to $500,000 each

, with an annual portfolio of up to

$1.5 million

.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution. Manage subcontractors, contracts, and procurement (POs, SOWs). Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and building codes. Support preconstruction efforts and field operations. Track budgets, labor forecasts, and financial reporting (EACs, SITREPs). Maintain strong client and team communication. Promote and enforce safety culture across all projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years

of experience in construction project roles (PM, Superintendent, SSHO, or QC Manager). Proven success managing projects from

$1M to $15M+

. Experience with

federal projects

(DoD or civilian agencies) preferred. Proficiency in

Procore, MS Project, Excel, Word, Outlook

; Timberline a plus. Certifications:

OSHA 10/30

,

ARC First Responder

,

USACE CQM

(preferred). Familiarity with

EM385-1-1

, AHA, and APP documentation.

Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Background in scoping, take-offs, or estimating is preferred. Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Must read and interpret complex construction drawings. Willingness to travel as needed. Valid driver's license and ability to pass background and security checks.

Physical Requirements

Ability to walk uneven terrain and lift up to 25 lbs. Regular standing, walking, climbing, and use of hands. Visual acuity for reading plans and working on-site.
