Position Summary



We're seeking a

Construction Project Manager

to lead all phases of our construction projects -- from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities



Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, materials, and equipment. Review and interpret project drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance. Oversee daily field operations, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and local building codes. Manage

RFIs, submittals, and change orders

through

Procore

. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings. Track project costs and prepare reports on budgets and timelines. Communicate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, and field staff. Identify and resolve construction challenges quickly to avoid delays. Manage project closeout, punch lists, and warranty follow-ups.

Qualifications



Minimum

8 years

of experience as a Project Manager (

10+ years total

in the construction industry). Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred). Proficiency in

Procore

,

Microsoft Project

, and

Google Workspace

tools. Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract management. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to pass a background check.
