Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in Englewood, CO. In this pivotal role, you will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet our high standards of quality. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of providing outstanding service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with field superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met. Develop project schedules and monitor progress against established milestones. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders. Manage project documentation, including contracts, blueprints, and change orders. Utilize construction management software for efficient project tracking and reporting. Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field. Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the commercial sector. Proficiency in project management software. Strong knowledge of commercial construction and scheduling techniques. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. Strong time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
