NE Tiny Homes is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead diverse initiatives across our organization. In this pivotal role, you will drive project success from inception through completion by applying proven project management methodologies, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Your leadership will empower teams, streamline processes, and deliver impactful results that support our mission of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects using Houzz to ensure timely and within-budget completion. Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, cost estimates, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with clients to define project scope and objectives clearly. Manage project portfolios by prioritizing initiatives based on strategic value and resource availability. Coordinate cross-functional teams through effective communication, meeting facilitation, and conflict management to maintain momentum. Utilize project management software such as Houzz for scheduling, tracking progress, and reporting key metrics like earned value management. Oversee vendor management activities including contract negotiations and performance monitoring to ensure quality standards are met. Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during project execution while maintaining stakeholder engagement. Ensure adherence to industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Proven experience supervising teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast paced environment. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies Demonstrated expertise in program development, scope management, risk assessment, and cost control. Proficiency with project management tools such as Houzz Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Exceptional communication skills for client engagement, presentation delivery, and technical writing.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
