Role Overview
The
Project Manager
is responsible for leading high-end residential projects in the Hamptons from preconstruction through closeout. You'll act as the primary steward of the project--owning schedule, budget, quality, and client experience--while coordinating closely with internal teams, architects, designers, consultants, and trade partners.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong judgment, clear communication, and the ability to manage complexity without compromising craftsmanship.

Qualifications & Experience
8+ years of experience managing
high-end custom residential construction
, ideally in coastal or East End markets.
Deep understanding of complex architectural details, luxury finishes, and custom fabrication.
Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar residential budgets and schedules.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, change management, and cost control.
Experience working with leading architects and interior designers.
Familiarity with Hamptons-specific challenges such as coastal conditions, local jurisdictions, and seasonal logistics is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in project management and accounting tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Excel).
Exceptional communication skills--clear, calm, and professional under pressure.
High level of personal accountability, organization, and attention to detail.
